TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guaranteed check-in time is 17h00, however there is flexibility in case there is no check out on the same day;
- Check out is at 12h00, however there is flexibility in case there are no guests checking in on the same day;
- To guarantee your reservation, full payment is required to complete your booking;
- Security deposit of 100€ up to 3 nights; 4 nights or more the deposit will be of 200€;
- Security deposit return will be made up to 48h after your check out day to your bank account in case there are no incidentals during your stay;
- All reservations can be modified or canceled up to 5 days prior to arrival, with full refund, except taxes;
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. Smoking inside the apartment will incur in a penalty of 750€;
- Animals are not permitted inside the apartment;
- In order to keep the tranquility that characterizes the neighborhood, any kind of noise that can be heard and molest the neighbors is forbidden;
- It is strictly forbidden the access to any area that does not belong to the apartment. The invasion of any of these areas constitute a crime of invasion of private property;
- Vandalism or violence within the apartment or premises is not tolerated. Any guests with related behaviors will be immediately invited to leave and will respond before competent authorities. Any damages or losses will be charged direct and immediately to guests;
- It is mandatory to comply with all operating standards;
- MINE Lisboa is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen objects from the apartment or building;
- It is strictly forbidden to take any furniture or equipment to any area outside the apartment premises without prior written authorization from the landlord;
- All rates shown refer to the current year. Management reserves the right of changing the rates without previous notice, whilst keeping the rates of any reservations already made;
- These standards apply to all guests;
